One of the services we recently applied on lower scale customers is price-matching service where we drop down our prices to our competitor’s price to please our customer’s journey.
Below are the rules for price matching at Walkin Closet:
- Product must be identical of a product we carry in Walkin Closet in size, color and brand.
- Product should not be on sale at Walkin Closet.
- Product must be available in stock at Walkin Closet and competitor stock.
- Price comparison must be in KWD; if another currency we will provide the price considering currency change.
- Price match service applies on prior-purchase products only. It will not be applied on purchased items from Walkin Closet.
- Competitors must be in Kuwait region.
